Because we know how much spare time all of you lazy buggers have on your hands (irony), here’s a little something to pass the boring minutes: A card game commonly known as “quartett”! At least in Germany. And since no one outside of Germany seems to know how it’s played, here’s a brief manual:
1. Every player takes a bunch of cards.
2. Some player names a category and states his figure. (e.g. “Performance duration, 60 minutes”)
3. All other players state their figures.
4. The player with the highest figure gets the other cards, and names the next category.
5. This goes on until all but one player run out of cards.
Cards are randomly spread over the festival grounds, two sets are “rare-editions” in color. Feel free to trade & collect.
